✦ AI consulting
AI consulting for businesses: from curiosity to real use.
I help you implement artificial intelligence in your company: which tool to buy (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude), how to train your team to use it well, which processes to automate and which rules to set so customer data is not exposed. From Montevideo, for companies in Uruguay, Latin America and beyond.
01 What I do
Five fronts, one plan.
- 01Implementing AI in your businessAssessment, use cases, a measurable pilot and a roadmap to go from scattered experiments to results.
- 02AI training for teamsHands-on workshops by team so everyone uses AI in their real tasks, well and without exposing data.
- 03ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or ClaudeWhich AI to buy for your company, based on your tools, your data and what each team needs.
- 04AI process automationWorkflows with n8n, Make or Power Automate, WhatsApp chatbots and agents, with human review where it matters.
- 05AI use policy and regulationClear rules for using AI without exposing data, and what Law 18,331 and Uruguayan regulation say.
02 Why now
Your team already uses AI. The question is how.
- 20%of employed people in Uruguay use generative AI frequently at work.
- 66%of those users started on their own initiative, not because their employer rolled it out.
- 67%of users say they work faster; 22% have to review and correct what it produces.
- 85%want more digital training; 84% want personal data protection.
If the company does not choose tools or set rules, everyone uses whatever they find, with personal accounts and whatever data is at hand. That is shadow AI: productivity without control. The job is to turn it into an organized advantage.
03 How I work
No hype: concrete, measurable use cases.
- 01
Assessment
We look at how your team works, what data it handles, which tools it already has (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ERP, WhatsApp) and who already uses AI on their own.
- 02
Use cases
We pick two or three tasks where AI genuinely saves time, ranked by impact, effort and risk.
- 03
Tools and rules
We recommend what to buy and how to configure it, and write down a clear use policy.
- 04
Pilot and training
We test with a small group, measure the result and train each team with its own examples.
- 05
Scale
What worked is rolled out to the rest of the company; what did not is dropped before overspending.
04 The difference
AI with a cybersecurity mindset.
- 17+ years in security, infrastructure and risk: AI gets implemented without opening a new door to your data.
- CompTIA SecAI+ certified, specific to security in AI systems.
- I know Uruguay's data protection Law 18,331 and the regulation that intersects with AI.
- Instructor background: training is hands-on, with each team's real tasks and no jargon.
- Vendor-independent: I recommend what works for you, not what pays me to sell.
? FAQ
Where do I start using AI in my company?
With a conversation about how your team works today. Before buying licenses it is worth knowing which tasks take the most time, what data is involved and who already uses AI on their own. That is how you choose two or three use cases for a measurable pilot.
Do you work with small businesses or only large companies?
Both. In a small business the focus is usually choosing the right tool, training the team and automating two or three repetitive processes. In a large company governance comes in too: policy, vendors, permissions and integration with existing systems.
Do you sell licenses or software?
No. I am vendor-independent: I help you choose and configure the tool that suits you, and you buy it directly from the vendor.
Can training be in person?
Yes. I work in person in Montevideo and online for the rest of Uruguay and other countries, in Spanish or English.
What does cybersecurity have to do with AI?
A lot: AI works with your company's data. Without rules, customer information or contracts end up in personal accounts of free tools. AI agents and automations can also be tricked (prompt injection) if they have more permissions than they need.
